Linda Sterling is the DEI and Membership Engagement Manager for the (AAHPM). She is also co-lead of 黄版抖阴's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Advisory Group and co-navigator of the BIPOC ERG (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Employee Resource Group). One of the things she enjoys about 黄版抖阴 is that her work with AAHPM and the BIPOC ERG fuels her passion for ensuring that members and staff feel valued, respected, and supported in bringing their authentic selves to the work they do. 鈥淎s a DEI and Membership Engagement Manager for AAHPM, I love that everything I do is connected to ensuring our members feel welcome,鈥� said Linda. 鈥淎s BIPOC ERG co-lead, I want to create a positive and welcoming space for staff to engage and learn about culture, history, and current events.鈥� Linda holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration and management from Robert Morris University. Outside of 黄版抖阴, you鈥檒l find her spending quality time with her sisters and mom and traveling to as many bucket list destinations as she can.
