We鈥檙e pleased to announce that Jonathan Adams, CAE AAiP, has joined 黄版抖阴 Consulting Services as a senior consultant.
With more than a decade of association leadership experience, Adams brings a strategic, people-centered approach to helping boards and executive teams reimagine what is possible.
Adams most recently served as vice president of innovation at the Water Quality Association. During his tenure, he led enterprise-wide initiatives in strategy, digital modernization, brand evolution, and sponsor-supported programming, strengthening organizational alignment and expanding member value. His work contributed to a 29% increase in non-dues revenue during a 2-year period and positioned the organization for long-term adaptability and growth. Adams is particularly skilled at reframing complex, constrained challenges and helping organizations identify innovative solutions, moving beyond false trade-offs and stalled thinking.
Prior to that role, Adams led enterprise-wide technology initiatives, shaping his systems-thinking approach to strategy and innovation.

Adams has an MBA with a concentration in data analytics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is a Certified Association Executive, and is a certified Association AI Professional. Active within the association community, Adams currently holds leadership and volunteer roles with Association Forum and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), has been recognized as an Association Forum Forty Under 40 honoree, and is an alum of ASAE鈥檚 Diversity Executive Leadership Program.
